What we collect

When you send a request: name, email, messenger ID or phone number, country, preferred dates, the item you ask about and your message. When you click an outbound link: the partner, page and time of the click (no personal data).

Why we use it

Only to handle your request: contacting the clinic, stay or seller, sending you options and confirmations, and follow-up about that request.

Who we share it with

The provider you asked about (for example the clinic or stay), only the details needed to book. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Up to 3 years after your last request, or less if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by email.

Cookies and storage

We store your language choice in a cookie, and saved items and request numbers in your browser's local storage. No advertising cookies are set by KBeauty Wallet itself; partner sites you visit have their own policies.
