Is membership free?+
Yes. Signing up is the membership β no fee, no card.
How do grades work?+
Your grade comes from completed bookings in the last 24 months: Silver 2, Gold 5, Platinum 10. It updates automatically when a booking is completed.
Where does the member price apply?+
On everything you book and pay on KBW (today: UHC stays). It's applied at checkout together with one coupon and points (up to 30% of the total).
How do points back on Trip.com, Agoda or Klook work?+
Open the partner from a KBW page while signed in. The partner reports the booking to us with your anonymous click ID; points show as pending and are confirmed after your stay or trip. Bookings made without going through KBW can't be tracked.
Do points expire?+
12 months after they are confirmed. We remind you 30 days before.
What if I cancel?+
Points and coupons used on a cancelled KBW booking come back to your wallet.
