Points are the heart of KBeauty Wallet. Upload a receipt for treatment you had in Korea and part of what you paid comes back as points. This policy sets the rules for earning, spending and losing them, and forms part of the Afformation Inc. Terms of Service.

1. What points are

  1. One point is worth one Korean won inside the Service.
  2. Points are a cyber asset issued by the Company. They are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. Points cannot be transferred or sold to another member, and they are not inheritable.
  4. Points are a benefit the Company grants for using the Service, not a product you buy.

2. Earning

ReasonHow it is calculated
Sign-upPaid once when registration completes
Treatment verificationApproved payment amount × the rate for your membership tier
PurchasesA fixed amount or a percentage set per product, paid when payment is confirmed
Writing a reviewA tier-based bonus when the review is published
Record translationPaid per completed translation
ReferralsPaid to both the inviting and the invited member

Tier rates and the amounts actually paid are always shown live in [Benefits] and in [My] → [Tier]. The Company may adjust rates; changes unfavourable to members are announced 30 days in advance.

Limits and conditions

  • There is a cap on points paid per verification. The cap is shown on the verification screen.
  • There is a daily limit on how many verifications you can submit.
  • Receipts below a minimum amount are not eligible.
  • A cap may also apply to purchase cashback per order.
  • Translation rewards have a daily limit.

Points are paid when a verification is approved — not the moment you upload. Check the status on the [Verify] screen.

3. Spending

  1. Points can be spent on products in the Service store.
  2. A minimum spend per transaction applies; the amount is shown at checkout.
  3. Points and card payment can be combined.
  4. Some products may be purchasable with points only.
  5. Points are spent oldest first.

4. Validity and forfeiture

Points currently have no expiry date. While your account is active, points do not disappear through the passage of time.

If the Company introduces an expiry rule in future, it will announce this in the Service and notify you individually 30 days before it takes effect, and amend this document. The rule will not be applied retroactively to points already earned.

When points are lost

  • You delete your account — all remaining points are forfeited and cannot be restored. Spend them first.
  • Points earned by improper means — reclaimed.
  • The transaction that produced the points is cancelled or refunded — those points are reclaimed.

5. Reclaiming and correction

In the cases below the Company may reclaim points or correct your balance. We state the reason first and give you a chance to respond.

  • The same receipt was submitted more than once and earned duplicate points
  • Points were earned with a forged or altered receipt, or a receipt for treatment you did not receive
  • Multiple accounts were used to claim sign-up or referral benefits repeatedly
  • A review reward was paid and the review was then deleted, or found to be false or promotional
  • A system error paid more points than were due
  • The order that produced the points was cancelled or refunded

If your balance is smaller than the amount to be reclaimed, the balance is set to zero and the shortfall may be deducted from future earnings.

6. Your ledger and disputes

  1. Every credit, debit and reclaim is listed with its reason in [My] → [Points].
  2. If an entry looks wrong, raise it within 90 days of seeing it.
  3. Use the enquiry feature in the app or write to business@afformation.co.kr.
  4. We tell you the outcome within 10 business days of receiving your query.

7. Changes to this policy

The Company may adjust earning rates, limits and spending conditions as the Service requires. Changes unfavourable to members are announced in the Service and notified individually 30 days in advance. The value and spending conditions of points already earned will not be worsened by a change.

If the Company discontinues the Service, it will give at least 90 days’ notice and allow remaining points to be spent during that period.
