Account Deletion
How to delete your account and data, what goes, and what has to stay.

You can delete your KBeauty Wallet account yourself at any time. This page explains how and what happens. Removing the app does not delete the account.
1. Deleting in the app
- Open [My] from the bottom tab bar.
- Go to [Settings].
- Tap [Delete account] at the bottom of the screen.
- Read the notice and tap [Delete]. It takes effect immediately.
You are signed out at once and cannot sign back in with that account.
2. If you cannot reach the app
Email business@afformation.co.kr to request deletion. Including the details below speeds up verification.
- The email address you registered with, or your login method (Google · LINE · email)
- Put "Account deletion request" in the subject line
We verify your identity and tell you the outcome within 10 business days of receiving the request.
3. What is deleted
- Login access — the account is deactivated and can no longer be used.
- Marketing consent — withdrawn immediately.
- Push notification token — erased immediately, so notifications stop.
- Points — all remaining points are forfeited.
- Coupons — become unusable.
- Profile, medical records, translations, consultations and chats, uploaded receipts and documents — everything not listed under "What stays" is destroyed.
The point at which personal data not subject to statutory retention is fully destroyed is to be confirmed. Once fixed it will appear here and in the Privacy Policy, and in the revision history.
4. What stays, and why

These records are stored separately from other personal data and destroyed when the period ends. During that time we do not use them for marketing or analytics.
What we cannot delete for you
- Consultation and booking details already delivered to a partner clinic — those follow the clinic’s own retention duties. Ask the clinic directly.
- Reviews you already published may remain visible. Delete them before leaving, or ask us using the contact above.
5. Before you delete
- Points cannot be restored. Spend what you have first.
- Download any medical records or translations you want to keep.
- Vouchers and gift certificates you already paid for are not voided by deletion. Use them, or request a refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Registering again with the same email does not restore the old account’s points or history.
